What We Collect
Buyer's Market collects account details you provide, watched property information, saved preferences, uploaded documents, collaboration content, payment records handled through Stripe, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
Browser Extension
The Chrome extension reads supported NZ property listing pages only to extract listing address, title number when visible, price, listing URL, source site, and image URL. It checks that the listing matches one existing Buyer's Market property before enabling add-to-watchlist. It uses your Buyer's Market session cookie only to sync watched properties to your account.
How We Use Data
We use data to provide property research tools, watchlists, document workflows, alerts, account support, fraud prevention, billing, and product reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Storage And Sharing
Data is stored with our application infrastructure and service providers that help us run the platform, including hosting, payment processing, authentication, storage, and analytics providers. We share information only as needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect users, or with your direction.
Your Choices
You can remove watched properties, delete extension local data from Chrome, update cookie preferences from your account page, sign out, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable under New Zealand privacy law.
Cookies
Necessary cookies keep authentication, security, and purchases working. Optional analytics, preference, and marketing cookie choices are stored on your account record so the same response can apply across signed-in devices.
